Nice bracelet, slow updates
I bought an Initial Bracelet for myself. The bracelet itself is really pretty and the initial is clear. It took a bit longer than I expected for them to actually ship it out after the personalization, about 5 days. Tracking updates were a bit sparse initially, so I wasn't always sure where it was. Once it shipped, delivery was okay, took about a week and a half to arrive. The packaging was nice, though. Good value for what I paid, but a little more communication on shipping status would be great.
